Roasting Cauliflower steaks as a side or dressing it up as a meatless main entree, is freaking delicious..... oh and easy!
Ingredients:
Head of Cauliflower
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375
2. Trim cauliflower stem and cut into thick slabs
3. Place on sheet pan
4. Drizzle with EVOO and add salt and pepper to taste
5. Roast for 45 minutes using a spatula to flip cauliflower every 15 minutes.
